Kingdom 4068 · Legal
Privacy Policy
Kingdom 4068 asks for game information to review migrations fairly. This policy explains every piece of it, who can see it and how to get it corrected or removed.
Not configured — operator name pending decides how information on this platform is used. Privacy contact: Not configured — privacy email pending. Postal contact: Not configured — address pending.
Migration applications: governor name, Governor ID, current kingdom, power, kill points, dead troops, VIP level, main civilisation, commanders and equipment details, KvK history where you provide it, nationality, languages, Discord username, your answers to leadership questions and the screenshots you upload.
Accounts: username, Governor ID, password (stored only as a secure hash), your private contact email if you choose to give one, and your approval status.
Technical information: the network address your submission came from, session cookies, device and browser information, and security or error logs.
Leadership activity: which leader viewed, changed or decided on which application, and when.
Departure register: governor name, Governor ID, alliance and limited performance context.
- To review migration applications fairly
- To verify that a governor is who they claim to be
- To place accepted governors into alliances
- To keep one application per Governor ID
- To detect duplicate or fraudulent submissions
- To keep the platform and its accounts secure
- To keep an auditable record of leadership decisions
- To answer your privacy and correction requests
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent for optional analytics and for the private contact email you choose to give; our legitimate interest in running a fair, secure community review process; and our legal obligation where we must keep records to respond to a security incident or a legal request.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already happened.
A contact email is optional. When you provide one it is stored separately from your application and is visible only to you. No leader, migration director or king can read it through the platform.
Only leadership members whose role covers your application can see it, and only for the kingdoms their access allows. Screenshots are stored in a private area and are shown only inside the review workspace. Nothing you submit is published publicly except an entry in the departure register, which follows the Migration Register Policy.
The platform runs on infrastructure provided by third parties who process information on our behalf under contract:
- Hosting: Not configured — provider pending
- Database: Not configured — provider pending
- Authentication: Not configured — provider pending
- File storage: Not configured — provider pending

- Analytics: Not configured — not in use
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Our providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
- Unfinished applications: 90 days
- Rejected applications: 180 days
- Withdrawn applications: 180 days
- Accepted applications: 365 days
- Uploaded screenshots: 90 days after a final decision
- Login and session logs: 90 days
- Security incident records: 730 days
Decision logs are kept for as long as the kingdom needs an auditable history, in a reduced form that identifies the decision rather than the applicant's full submission.
Depending on where you live you may ask to access your information, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent. Use the privacy request page and we verify your identity before releasing or changing anything. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Access is restricted by role, passwords are stored only as secure hashes, screenshots live in a private bucket, and every leadership action is logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you and the law requires it, we will notify you.
The platform is not intended for children below the age at which they can consent in their own country. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.
