Migration Register Policy

After each KvK the kingdom must free space for incoming migration. The departure register publishes who is being migrated out so the decision is visible to the community rather than made in private.

• Governor name and Governor ID
• Alliance
• Limited performance context
• Departure status

Nothing personal beyond in-game identity and performance is published. No emails, nationality, languages, Discord handles or uploaded screenshots ever appear on the register.

Entries are based on in-game contribution over the recorded season, alliance capacity and kingdom planning. Automated summaries may help leadership read the data, but a human leader makes and owns every decision.

The register sits behind a vault passphrase held by the community, so it is not indexed or casually browsable from outside the kingdom.

If you believe your entry is factually wrong, or you disagree with being listed, contact the migration officer or file a register correction request. We respond to correction requests as a matter of accuracy, not favour.

An entry stays published while the migration window is active and is then retired. Version 1.0 of this policy applies.
