Kingdom 4068 · Legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern the kingdom pages, the migration portal, the departure register and every leadership account on this platform.
This platform is operated by Not configured — operator name pending for the Rise of Kingdoms community known as Kingdom 4068. It is an unofficial, community-run project. It is not operated, endorsed or sponsored by Lilith Games or any of its affiliates, and all game names, marks and imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
Governing law and jurisdiction: Not configured — jurisdiction pending. General contact: Not configured — contact email pending.
By using this platform — browsing the kingdom pages, submitting a migration application, viewing the departure register or holding a leadership account — you accept these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Migration Register Policy.
If you do not accept them, do not use the platform and do not submit any information.
The platform is intended for people who are old enough to agree to these terms in their own country and who play Rise of Kingdoms. Accounts and applications must relate to a real in-game governor that you control.
The platform exists to organise a game community. It offers:
- Kingdom information and plans
- A migration application portal
- An application status view for applicants
- A leadership review and decision workspace
- A departure register for governors leaving the kingdom
- Guided assistants that answer questions about the kingdom
No service level, uptime, ranking, reward or in-game outcome is promised. Features can change or be withdrawn at any time.
Submitting an application is a request, never a guarantee of acceptance. Leadership reviews each application by hand and may accept it, reject it, ask for more information, place it on hold or withdraw an earlier decision.
Decisions are community decisions about a game community. They are not legal judgements, employment decisions or statements about your character.
One application per Governor ID. Applications submitted from the same network may be flagged for review so leadership can check whether the accounts are genuinely different governors.
You confirm that the details and screenshots you upload describe your own account and are unedited and current. Deliberately false statements, altered screenshots or impersonation of another governor may lead to rejection, removal of your account and refusal of future applications.
You must not:
- Upload other people's private information
- Attempt to access another governor's application
- Probe, scan or attack the platform or its backend
- Automate submissions or scrape the register
- Harass leadership, applicants or listed governors
- Use the platform for advertising, selling accounts or fraud
Leadership accounts are granted by hand and can be limited, suspended or removed at any time. Leaders may only view the applications and kingdoms their role covers, must keep applicant information confidential, must never publish or re-share it outside the kingdom's review process, and are individually recorded in the decision log for every action they take.
The register lists governors who are being migrated out of the kingdom after KvK, together with limited performance context. It is published to keep decisions transparent inside the community. If you believe your entry is wrong, unfair or should be removed, contact the migration officer or file a request through the privacy request page.
The platform uses automated tools to read uploaded screenshots and to summarise performance data. These tools can make mistakes. Their output is a draft for human review, never an automatic decision, and every migration or departure decision is made by a human leader.
The platform is provided as-is and as-available. Access can be suspended for maintenance, security or abuse, and accounts or applications may be removed where these terms are broken.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost in-game progress, missed migration windows, community decisions, third-party service failures or any indirect loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
These terms may be updated. The current version and its date are shown at the top of this page. Material changes are re-presented for acceptance the next time you use the platform. Current version: 1.0, effective 2026-08-18.
